Eastlander Childcare Organization Uganda (ECCOU) operates primarily in Eastern and Central Uganda, focusing on underserved and vulnerable communities. Our key areas of operation include:

• Our founding base and main operational hub, where we engage directly with orphans, disadvantaged children, youths and local families.
• Rwenzori Region Supporting children and youth with access to education, health services, vocational skills, food and spiritual guidance.
• Albertine Region – Implementing child protection programs, youth empowerment initiatives, and family support services.
• Through partnerships with local schools, faith-based institutions, community leaders, and other NGOs, we reach children and families in both rural and peri-urban areas, ensuring holistic support where it is most needed.
